Mahima Dental Clinic

This dental clinic is located in Indira Nagar, right near the New Kukral Pull and the Jain Market area in Sarovodya Nagar. Being near the bridge and the market means there is always some kind of noise or activity going on right outside our door. You can hear the vegetable vendors shouting and the motorbikes going past all day long. The clinic itself is on a busy stretch of road, so we get a lot of dust that we have to wipe off the counters and equipment every morning. We have the usual dental setup with the reclining chairs and the overhead lights that are very bright and hot. There is a small sink in each room and a metal cabinet full of masks, gauze, and gloves. The waiting area is just a few plastic chairs tucked against the wall near the entrance. We have a lot of local residents coming in, especially parents bringing their kids for checkups after school lets out. The walls are painted a pale blue color, but it’s starting to look a bit old in the corners. We keep a small water dispenser in the corner for anyone who is thirsty while they wait. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so we keep the ceiling fans going at full speed. We don't have a big reception team, so often the person working on a tooth is the one who has to stop and answer the phone.
