Getting up to the second floor of Lemed Tower isn't too bad, though on some days when the power goes out, it's a bit of a climb. We are tucked away in Vikas Nagar, right near the PNB branch in Sector 5. It’s a decent enough spot, even if the traffic outside can get a little loud during the rush hours. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some old chairs that have seen better days and a calendar on the wall that sometimes stays on the wrong month for a week or two. Lucknow gets really dusty, so we are always wiping down the desks before we start. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to figure out schedules. It’s not very glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. People from the neighborhood drop by sometimes just to ask for directions or see what we do. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Just a small plate with our name on it. Sometimes we order samosas from the shop down the road when we have a long afternoon ahead of us. It’s just a handful of us here, doing what needs to be done. We don’t try to act like we are some big company. We just run our little operation out of this tower and hope the internet doesn't act up too much while we are working for the day.
