Madesh Import Export Private Limited is based in Lucknow. Our office is in the SR Complex, specifically unit C-13/101. This is in the Rajajipuram area. If you’ve been to Rajajipuram, you know it’s a busy residential and commercial hub. The SR Complex has a lot of different shops and offices, so there’s always people moving around in the corridors. We are on the first floor. The office is a bit small, but we make it work. We have our computers set up and shelves full of ledgers and documents. Since we do import and export, we are always on the phone with people from different parts of the country. Lucknow has a very relaxed vibe sometimes, but in our office, it can get a bit hectic when a shipment is due. We usually have a lot of paperwork scattered around on our desks. There’s a tea stall just outside the complex where we go for breaks. The traffic in Rajajipuram can be a nightmare in the evenings. We try to finish our work before the rush starts. It’s just a regular office with regular people. We don't have any corporate culture stuff here. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Uttar Pradesh is a big state and there’s a lot of opportunity for trading, so we stay busy. It’s a simple, straightforward way to run a business in the city. It’s just how we do things.
