You’ll find us at number 1/25 in Vijay Khand, which is part of the Gomti Nagar area. It’s a decent part of town and we’ve been settled here for a good while. We handle both general hospital needs and trauma cases, so things can get pretty intense around here sometimes. The ambulances come and go at all hours. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s expected for a trauma center. The building is functional. We don't have much in the way of fancy lobby art or expensive furniture. We spend our time on the medical side of things instead. The neighborhood has grown a lot around us. We see new shops and houses popping up every year. Our staff mostly lives in and around Lucknow, so we are a local crew. We try to keep things straightforward with the patients. There’s no corporate talk here, just real people trying to help out. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we find a way through it. It’s a 24-hour operation, so the lights are always on. We are just here doing the work that needs to be done for the folks in Gomti Nagar. It’s a lot of long shifts and coffee, but we are used to it by now. It’s our way of contributing to the area. We just keep the doors open and do the best we can every single shift.
