Lubnas Properties Llp

We are up on the fourth floor at Flat No. 401 in S S Plaza. The building is at 56/129, right near the Vikasdeep Station Road in Hussainganj. Our business is called Lubnas Properties Llp, and we have been at this location for a bit. Being near the station means it is always noisy and crowded outside, but it makes it easy for people to find us. The office itself is pretty quiet once you get inside. We have a few desks where we sit and go over maps and property documents. It isn't a massive corporate floor; it's just a comfortable enough space to talk to folks about apartments or shops. We don't go in for all that polished talk or expensive advertisements. Mostly, we just wait for people to drop by or give us a call because they saw our name on the board downstairs. Hussainganj is a busy area, and there is always someone looking for a place to rent or buy. We spend our time checking out different buildings and making sure the details are right. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up walking up the stairs, which is a good workout I guess. We are just regular people trying to run a decent property business. We don't make big promises, we just show what is available and help with the forms and the keys.
