We are based in Sushant Golf City in Lucknow, specifically at House Number D/1/151 in Sector-D, Pocket-1. Losata Exim Private Limited was started a while ago to manage import and export logistics. This part of Lucknow is a bit quieter than the old city center, which we actually prefer for our daily work. Most of our time is spent coordinating between different people and making sure the shipping schedules don't fall apart. It sounds more exciting than it really is; mostly, it involves looking at spreadsheets and making a lot of phone calls to track down packages. We are a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There is no one here with a fancy title who doesn't also help with the basic tasks. We don't use any complicated software, just the things that we know work. Sometimes we have to deal with delays at customs or issues with the weather affecting transport, and those are the days that can get pretty stressful. We just try to stay on top of it as best we can. We don't have any corporate goals or polished speeches. We just want to do our jobs properly and keep the business going. It is a very practical, low-key way of running things. We enjoy being in this neighborhood and the fact that we can just focus on the work without too much noise.
