Landway Estate India Llp

Our office is at I-01 in the Swapnil Sangam Society, which is located in the Sarojini Nagar area of Lucknow. It is a nice enough society, and being at the first unit makes it pretty easy for visitors to find us once they get past the gate. Landway Estate India Llp is what we call our small group. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Sarojini Nagar has its own pace, a bit slower than the main city center, which we actually like. The office is just a converted space with enough room for our files and a place to sit and talk. We get a lot of local residents stopping by just to ask about property prices in the society or the surrounding blocks. We usually have a pot of tea going, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We do not wear suits or act like big shots. We are just people who know the local land market. Most of our day is spent calling people back or going out to look at sites near the airport side. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we have a couple of fans going all the time. If you want to talk about property, you can just drop in. We do not really do formal appointments most of the time. We are just here doing our bit in Lucknow and keeping things simple.
