Kunwar Dreamland Real Estate (Opc) Private Limited

Our little office is located at Plot 6 in Maurya Nagar, which is over in the Mandiyaon part of Jankipuram. We’re called Kunwar Dreamland Real Estate (Opc) Private Limited, though it’s really just a one-person operation most of the time. Being in Lucknow means there is always a lot of interest in land and homes, especially around here in Jankipuram. The office isn't very big, and I spend a lot of my day just keeping track of which plots are still available and which ones have been sold. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs or anything like that. It’s just a desk, a couple of plastic stools for visitors, and a ceiling fan that makes a bit too much noise. I spend a lot of time out on the road, going from Maurya Nagar to different sites to meet people. Sometimes I get stuck in traffic for an hour just to show someone a small piece of land, but that is part of the job. I don't use a lot of big words or marketing tricks. I just tell people what I know about the area and the prices. Dealing with property can be tricky with all the different rules, so I try to keep my notes organized, even if the desk looks a bit cluttered. It’s a local business, and I’m just trying to make a living helping people find a place to build.
