Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room for everyone, but we make it work. My grandfather started this, and now we are still here in the same place. People come from all over Indira Nagar to get their wedding sets or just a simple tawa for their kitchen. The traffic on Faizabad Road is always loud, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time polishing the brass so it stays looking decent for the customers. It’s a family-run thing, and we take turns sitting at the counter. Sometimes the kids are running around the back while we talk to people. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our inventory; we just know where everything is because we’ve been looking at these shelves for years.
