Kaarigar Builders

Our place is at House Number 7R in Dalibagh. It’s a well-known area in Lucknow, and we are quite close to the FCI District Office. We’ve been operating Kaarigar Builders from this location for quite some time now. The building is a regular house that we've converted into our workspace. It feels more like a home than an office, which we prefer. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors and checking on various building sites across the city. There’s always someone coming in or out with a set of plans or a sample of bricks. We have a small yard where we sometimes keep supplies if they need to be moved quickly. Dalibagh is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening nearby. We started this because we liked building things and wanted to stay involved in the local construction scene. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with notebooks and site visits. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We get our hands dirty and we spend a lot of time out in the sun. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on phone calls or trying to figure out a budget for a new project. We just do our work and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how we operate.
