Jyotsha Tours & Travels is located in the Tandon Building right at Kaiserbagh Churaha on R.K. Tondon Road. Anyone who knows Lucknow knows how busy that intersection can get. The office is right there in the middle of it all. Operating from this building has been our routine for a long time. It’s an old building, but it works fine for what is needed. All kinds of travel arrangements like train tickets and car rentals are handled at the desks. There isn't a flashy office with modern furniture here. It’s just a practical space with computers and a lot of paper. This isn't a big corporate chain. Local people are just helping other locals get their travel sorted out. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside is so loud that shouting on the phone becomes necessary. No fancy sales language is used and nobody tries to push people into buying things they don't need. Most people who come in are just looking for a simple way to get a ticket without any fuss. Days are spent looking at schedules and trying to find the right times for people. It’s a steady kind of work. Very little advertising is done. People usually find the office because they were passing through Kaiserbagh. Sitting here and being helpful to whoever walks in is the main thing. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things, and it has worked for us for years.
