Jwala Hospital

Jwala Hospital is located at D-2226 in Indira Nagar, right near Munshi Pulia. If you know Lucknow, you know Munshi Pulia is a major landmark, so people usually don't have a hard time finding us. The hospital is basically a part of the neighborhood. Indira Nagar is a big residential area, and we’ve been here long enough that most people recognize the building. It’s not a brand new, shiny facility. It’s a place that has seen a lot of use over the years. We have a small garden area in the front that we try to keep green, though the dust from the road makes it hard sometimes. Inside, it’s pretty simple. We have the reception desk and the waiting area right as you walk in. The fans are usually spinning fast to keep the air moving. We get a lot of walk-ins from the nearby houses. It feels more personal because we often know the families who come in. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us. We handle the cleaning, the paperwork, and the patients all ourselves. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it’s busy, but we eventually get it sorted. It’s a practical, local spot for people to get help without having to travel into the center of the city. We’re just here doing our bit every day.
