We’ve been here at Bharwara for a good while now. Our building at number 212/2 is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The workshop is right near the government school and Manikauli, so there is always some noise from the kids playing or people passing by. It is just a regular place where we get things done. Most of the guys here live nearby and walk or bike to work every morning. We open up the shutters early when it’s still a bit cool outside. Inside, it is full of machines and tools we use every day. Some of the stuff has been here since we started. It gets dusty, and there is usually a bit of oil on the floor, but that is how a workshop looks. We don't have a fancy office. Just a desk with some old papers and a fan that squeaks a little. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions because of the school being so close. We keep busy with the work that comes in. It’s mostly just us doing what needs to be done. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s when we take a short break. It’s not a complicated life. We just focus on the machines and making sure the day goes smoothly without any major breakdowns. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but nobody really cares about that as long as the work is getting finished. It’s just how things are at Jha Workshop Pvt. Ltd.
