Our office is tucked away at C-3/85 Patrakarpurm, over in the Gomti Nagar area. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been working from this spot for a good while. We spend most of our time looking at site plans or heading out to see how the construction is actually moving along. Construction is a slow process with a lot of moving parts, so there is always something to check on or a problem to solve. We have a small team that handles the paperwork and the technical side of the building work. Gomti Nagar has seen so much new building lately, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes materials show up late or the monsoon rain shuts us down for a few days. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees, so we all end up doing a bit of everything during the week. You might find us at the desk one hour and out in the dirt at a site the next. People come to the office in Patrakarpurm to talk about their land or a new project they want to start. We keep it simple here. No big sales pitches or corporate talk, just real conversations about what can be built and what the costs look like. It’s steady work and we like being part of how the neighborhood is growing. It’s mostly about being reliable and making sure things are built right.
