You can find Janaasha Nidhi Limited at 26/10 Wazir Hasan Road, specifically on the 4th floor of Kumar Enclave in the Pant House. Being in Lucknow means there is always a lot going on, but up here on the 4th floor, it stays a bit quieter. We aren't a giant bank with thousands of employees. It is just a few of us trying to make sure the members of our Nidhi have a safe spot for their savings. The walk up can be a bit much if the lift isn't working right, but people still come by because they know we are reliable. We spend our days filling out forms and explaining how the interest works to the older folks who don't trust modern gadgets. Everything is done according to the Nidhi rules, very straightforward and practical. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. Most of our members heard about us from a cousin or a friend who already has an account here. The office has a good view of the street, and we usually have the windows open to catch a breeze. It's just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized and help the community manage their finances. We don't do anything fancy, just the basic stuff that works for everyday people living in Lucknow. It feels like a real community here in Kumar Enclave.
