We've been here on Ring Road in Kalyanpur for quite a while now. Lucknow is a big city, but this part of Kalyanpur has its own feel. People come in through the doors every day with different things going on. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's a bit quieter, but we just try to keep things moving. The building isn't fancy, just a regular place where work gets done. Most of us living nearby know the area well. It’s right there on the main road, so it’s easy to find if you’re coming from the city side. We handle the paperwork and the patients as they arrive. It isn't always perfect, and there's usually a lot of noise from the Ring Road traffic outside. You learn to ignore the horns after a while. We stay open and keep the lights on for whoever needs to stop by. There isn't much to say other than we're here doing what needs to be done. Most of the staff live just a few blocks away, so we're part of the neighborhood. We see the same faces often, which is nice. If you're driving past the Kalyanpur stretch, you've probably seen our sign. We just focus on getting through the day and helping out whoever walks in. It’s a job, but it matters to the folks around here. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone. That's just how it is here in Lucknow.
