Jack N Jill Kidswear is located in Sector H of Jankipuram, over in Lucknow. Our place is at Mdh 2/61, and if you know the area, it's a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main markets. We spend our days surrounded by piles of fabric and tiny clothes. Dealing with kidswear means there is always a lot of color around the office. We aren't some massive factory with robots. It is mostly just a few of us making sure the stitching is right and the buttons don't fall off. Lucknow has its own pace, and we definitely follow that. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic, but we manage. We’ve been doing this for a bit now. We don't spend much time on fancy advertising or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because they live nearby or have heard through word of mouth. It gets dusty in the summer, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the shelves. We have stacks of boxes waiting to go out to shops. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the stock, but it works for what we need. We just want to make sure the clothes are decent and comfortable for the little ones. Nothing more to it than that. Just a local business trying to keep things moving along in U.P. It is a decent way to make a living and we enjoy the work we do here.
