We are located at A1089/1 in Indira Nagar. If you’re looking for us, we’re right opposite the Coffee Day. If you see the Shani Mandir, you’ve gone just a bit too far or you’re right behind us. It’s a well-known landmark area, so most delivery drivers don’t have much trouble finding the shop. Rigorous Appliances has been here for a good while. The shop floor is usually crowded with all sorts of machines and boxes. We try to keep things organized, but when a new shipment comes in, it can get a bit tight for a day or two. There’s always the sound of someone testing a motor or checking a connection. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us talking to people who walk in off the street. We know a lot of the folks in Indira Nagar by name because they’ve been coming to us for years. The shop gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice, but it gets pretty warm by the afternoon. We have a small desk near the back where we handle the bills. It’s not a polished showroom like the ones you see in the malls. It’s a working shop where things get fixed and sold. We just focus on the appliances and making sure people get what they need without any fuss. It is a simple operation and we like it.
