Hsv Property Management is located over in Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Naagar in Lucknow. If you know the area, you know it’s filled with offices and new buildings going up all the time. Our spot is at Plot No A-1A and A1-B, so we have a bit of space to work with. It gets incredibly humid in this part of town, so the first thing we do when we arrive is turn on the fans and the AC. Most of our day involves talking to people about properties and trying to keep track of who is moving where. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in ledgers or on the computer. Gomti Naagar is a nice area, but the parking can be a real headache if you arrive even ten minutes late. We usually have lunch together around one o'clock, usually something brought from home. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some white walls and a few chairs for visitors to sit on while they wait. We try to keep things simple because property stuff can get complicated enough on its own. There are a few tea stalls around the corner where we go if we need a break from the screen. It’s just a regular bunch of people working here, trying to make sure the buildings we look after don't have too many problems. It's a steady job in a busy part of the city and we've been here for a while.
