We are over on the second floor of the Prince Complex, office 203, right here in Lucknow. It's a busy part of town and we've been operating from this spot for quite a while now. It's just a small office with a few desks and a lot of papers. We handle things like car bookings, train tickets, and general travel help for local people. My cousin helps out when things get really busy, especially during the wedding season when everyone needs a car at the same time. The office can get a bit warm in the summer months because we're up on the second floor, but we have a fan that helps. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us because their neighbor or friend told them we were okay to deal with. We have a small group of drivers we trust who know the roads out to places like Sitapur or Kanpur. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work right, so the stairs are a bit of a climb. Sorry about that if you visit. We mostly just focus on making sure the car shows up when it’s supposed to. That's the main thing people want, really. We stay open a bit late if there's a late train coming into the station. It's a simple life here, just a normal local business keeping things moving for our customers. We aren't fancy, but we try.
