Heritage Travels

Being based in Gopala Apartment means we see a lot of the same people every day. We are located at B-903, which is right in the 226001 zip code area of Lucknow. It is a busy building and sometimes the elevator takes forever, but we like being here. The office is not very big, but it has enough room for us to keep our maps and booking logs organized. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different transport folks and hotel people. Since we are called Heritage Travels, people often ask us about the old parts of the city, and we do our best to tell them what we know. It is not like we have a tour guide script or anything, we just know the roads. Some days are really quiet and we just sit here updating our lists, and other days it is total chaos with everyone wanting to leave for a trip at the same time. The traffic outside can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually stay late to finish up the paperwork. We do not have a big fancy lobby with coffee machines. It is just a regular office where we try to get things right. Sometimes we make mistakes with a name or a date and have to fix it quickly. That is just how real life is. We just try to keep things moving along.
