Health Zone

We are located over in Vivek Khand, right on the first floor of the building. It’s near the Kendriya Vidyalaya in Gomti Nagar. If you know Lucknow, you know this area gets pretty active during school hours. We opened Health Zone because we wanted a spot where people could just come and do their thing without any drama. It’s a straightforward gym setup. We have the usual machines, some free weights, and enough space to move around. The address is 4/46, so you have to walk up the stairs to find us. It’s not a huge place, but it has what you need to get through a routine. Usually, it's just local neighbors coming in before work or in the evening after they finish their shifts. We don't have those fancy juice bars or anything like that. Just water and sweat. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but most people don't mind it once they start lifting. We try to keep the equipment clean, though things do get some wear and tear from daily use. Being near the school means we see a lot of parents and teachers dropping by after they finish their day. It’s a regular part of the neighborhood. We’ve been here for some time now and most people know us by name. It’s just a gym for regular people who live around Gomti Nagar. Nothing too complicated about it. We are usually around if you have questions or just want to see the place and the equipment we have.
