We are over at Plot No.21 in Ajay Nagar. It's a quiet spot in Kamta Chinhat where we’ve set up shop. Haventi Hr Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is just a small team of us trying to help folks with their hiring needs. It gets pretty busy here sometimes, but we actually like the work. Being an OPC means it’s a really focused operation, just one main person running the show with some help. We deal with CVs and interviews almost all day long. It is mostly just paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. Some days the office is a real mess with folders and resumes everywhere. We started this because we saw how hard it was for small local shops around here to find reliable staff. Chinhat is a growing area, so there is always someone looking for a new job. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a couple of desks and some mismatched chairs for people to sit in while they fill out their forms. We spend a lot of our time talking to local business owners about what they actually need. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we always get the job done eventually. If you are walking around Ajay Nagar, you might see our small sign out front. It's nothing flashy. We just try to keep things moving for the companies that ask us for help. Most of our day is spent trying to match people to roles that actually fit them. It's not always easy, but it keeps us on our toes and we like the challenge.
