Hari Om Tour & Travels

Our place is over in Teli Bagh, specifically in the New Baldev Vihar Colony. It is a bit away from the main city center but it is a good spot for us. We have been operating out of here for a while, mostly helping folks with their car rentals and trip planning. The office is pretty basic, just a few chairs and a table where we keep all the keys and driver logs. We spend a lot of time talking to the drivers to make sure they know where they are going and that the cars are in good shape. Lucknow roads can be tough on vehicles, so there is always something to fix or check. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and a couple of phones. When the weather gets bad, the phone rings more because people do not want to ride their bikes in the rain or heat. We try to be honest about how long it will take for a car to reach. If there is a big wedding nearby, we get really busy and things can get a bit hectic in the office. We just take it one booking at a time. It is not a fancy corporate setup, just a local business trying to keep things running. We know the shortcuts around Teli Bagh pretty well by now, which helps when the traffic gets bad.
