Being near the Charbagh area means there is constant noise from the trains, the buses, and the rickshaws. The hospital itself is a landmark for many. We’ve been operating here for a long time, and the building shows its age a little, but it stands strong. It’s a very practical kind of place. We don't have those fancy lobbies you see in the new malls. It’s a hospital for the common people. Because of the location, we get people from all over the city and even travelers passing through the station. It can be very chaotic outside, but inside we try to keep some order. The doctors and nurses are used to the fast pace of the Chauraha. We have different departments to handle various health problems. Sometimes the power goes out and the generator kicks in with a loud hum. That's just part of being in this old part of town. We don’t do much fancy talk or marketing. People just know where we are. If you’re at Charbagh Chauraha, you can’t really miss the sign. We just focus on seeing the patients and getting them back on their feet. It’s a tough location but a necessary one for the people here. We just stay open and do the work that is needed in this busy spot.
