Gyan Cirkitronics Pvt Ltd is tucked away over at Plot No 6b in the Malviya Nagar area of Aishbagh. It is a busy part of town, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache if you arrive late in the morning. We have been at this address for a long time. The building is solid, though the stairs are a little narrow. Inside, we have our setup for dealing with circuit boards and all that. It’s a lot of sitting under bright lights and looking at small parts. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or take a scooter to work. The tea break is usually the highlight of the afternoon when we stand outside the gate at Plot No 6b and chat for a few minutes. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a practical workspace where we can focus. Sometimes the labels on the boxes get mixed up and we have to spend an hour sorting them out again. That’s just part of life at Gyan Cirkitronics. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work properly and go home to our families. Aishbagh is a loud place, but once we are inside and the fans are humming, it’s quiet enough to get things finished.
