You can find us at Rajeshwari Bhawan in Om Nagar, which is over in the Alambagh area of Lucknow. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, so you see kids playing and people heading to the market while we’re busy inside. The address is 557/14 Cha, and we’ve made this space our own over the years. It’s not a shiny new office block. It feels like a house because it basically is one, just converted for our needs. We have desks in the main rooms and storage in the back. The stairs are a bit narrow and the lighting isn't always the best, but it gets the job done. Lucknow summers can be brutal, so we have a few coolers running that make a lot of noise. We mostly just focus on getting through the paperwork and handling the local business that comes through the door. People in Om Nagar are friendly and we often end up chatting with the neighbors during our breaks. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big HR department or fancy logos everywhere. It’s just us, some old computers, and a lot of ledgers. We’ve been in Alambagh long enough to know all the shortcuts to avoid the traffic. It’s our base and it works for what we need to do every day. We don't need much more than that to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
