You can find us in Aminabad, which is one of the busiest parts of Lucknow. We are at 67, Chota Jafar Manzil, right next to the Gulmarg Hotel and near the Tampu stand. It is always loud outside with the drivers shouting and people shopping, but that is the charm of Aminabad. Our center does a bit of everything. We handle travel bookings but also help with other business-related services that people need. The office is a bit old and the stairs can be steep, but we have been here for a long time. There are stacks of papers and old ledgers everywhere because we still like to keep physical records of things. Sometimes the local tea seller brings us chai while we are dealing with a difficult booking or a slow computer. It is a tight space, especially when customers bring their whole families in to talk about a trip. We do not use any high-tech systems, just some basic computers and a lot of phone calls. The area around the Tampu stand is always moving, so we see all kinds of travelers passing through. We just try to get the work done without too much fuss. It is a bit of a messy environment, but we know where everything is. Every day brings something different in this part of town and we just go with the flow of the market.
