We are located in the basement of the City Hotel over on B N Road. It’s a bit of a basement spot, but it stays nice and cool in the summer which is a big relief. We are right in Lalbagh, near Islamia College and the Shalimar Squire building. It is a very busy part of Lucknow, 226001. People often walk right past our entrance because it is tucked away, but we’ve been here long enough that the locals know where we are. We handle a lot of travel arrangements, especially for folks going out of the country for work or family. There are always passports and various forms laying around on the front counter. The lighting isn't the brightest down here, but we have some good lamps that help. We keep a small radio playing in the corner just to have some background noise while we type up documents. It is mostly family and friends of friends who come to see us. We don't do much advertising at all. Usually, someone’s cousin told them to come see us at the City Hotel basement. We just sit here, drink our tea, and make sure all the paperwork is done correctly. It is quiet work for the most part until the evening rush starts. The location is convenient for anyone around Lalbagh. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little basement office stays the same.
