Our office is actually inside a flat, number 1702 to be exact. It is way up in Tower 9 of Omaxe Residency-2 in Arjunganj. Being in a residential complex makes Growupwy Services Private Limited feel a bit different from other businesses. It is very quiet here, which is actually quite nice for getting our work done without distractions. We are in Lucknow, but Arjunganj is far enough away from the loudest parts of the city. We have a pretty good view of the surroundings from the 17th floor. Most days it is just us sitting around our laptops at the dining table we converted into a desk. We do not have a big reception desk or a sign in the lobby downstairs. We just work out of the living area we have set up. It feels more like a home than a real office sometimes. We make our own tea in the kitchen and sometimes cook a simple lunch. It is a small operation. We started this because we wanted a simple way to work together. We do not have big meetings with fancy slides. We just talk across the room when we need something. Lucknow is a great city to be in, and the food nearby is really good. Sometimes we work late and watch the city lights from the balcony. It is not a corporate life, and we like it that way. We just do the work that comes our way.
