Wedding Seasons Event Management

We’re set up in Ram Khand, over in Gomti Nagar. The address is 5/1176 if you’re looking for the gate. Doing weddings and events sounds like it would be all fun and parties, but it’s actually a lot of lifting heavy stuff and arguing with decorators. We spend most of our time on the phone or running around trying to find where the caterer went. It’s a hectic business, especially during the peak season when everyone wants to get married on the same weekend. Our office is mostly full of samples of fabrics and photo albums from past jobs. It’s a bit of a mess, really. My desk is covered in lists that I keep losing. We don’t try to act like we’re some high-end luxury firm. We just help people get their parties organized so they don’t have to do it all themselves. Gomti Nagar is a busy place, so there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve done all sorts of events, from small family dinners to bigger weddings that take over a whole lawn. It’s tiring work and we usually end up working late into the night. But it feels good when everything finally comes together and the lights go on. We just try to stay practical about it. You can’t control everything, but you can at least have a backup plan for when the rain starts. We’ve been doing this from this house for a while now.
