Our office is on the third floor of the Shalimar Titanium building in Vibhuti Khand. If you’re in Gomti Nagar, you’ve probably seen the building. We’ve been here for a while, working on various building projects around Lucknow. The office usually has a few samples of bricks or tiles sitting in the corners. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes the weather in Uttar Pradesh makes the site visits tough, but that’s just part of the job. In the office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the AC humming. We aren't big on fancy titles or anything. Everyone just chips in to get the work done. The 305 suite is where we keep all the records and files for the apartments and shops we work on. It gets busy during the middle of the week when everyone wants updates at the same time. We try to stay organized, though sometimes the stacks of paper get a bit high. It’s a pretty normal construction office for Variant Builders Pvt. Ltd. We just show up, deal with the permits and the builders, and go home. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve been at this address since the building was relatively new and fresh.
