Our place is Shop No. L.G.F.-2, located at Plot No.85-A-2 in Hind Nagar. It is right off Kanpur Road, so the traffic noise is something we have just gotten used to over the years. Being in the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler in the summer months, which is a relief when the Lucknow heat starts hitting. Golden Arch Realties And Consultancies Private Limited is the name on the board outside. It is a bit of a mouthful, honestly. We mostly just focus on helping folks figure out their property issues or finding a decent spot for a house. The shop is not huge, but it fits our desks and a few extra chairs for when neighbors stop by to chat. We have a lot of old maps and files stacked up in the corner. Kanpur Road is always changing, with new shops opening and old ones closing down. We have been here through a lot of that. We are not interested in being some big corporate firm with a glass building. We like it here in Hind Nagar where we know the tea stall owner and the people at the local market. Usually, we are busy with paperwork or heading out to meet someone at a site. If we are not at the desk, there is a note on the door usually. We just do our work, talk to the locals, and try to keep things moving along for everyone.
