We are based out of 8317 Vikas Nagar here in Lucknow. It’s a decent area, quite active with people going about their business. Our day usually starts pretty early with a lot of emails and phone calls to get through. We deal with solutions for other companies, which basically means we help them with their extra work or finding people. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We aren't into those big corporate speeches. We just sit down, look at what needs doing, and try to get it finished. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with plenty of files and coffee mugs scattered around. We have a few people on the team who have been here since the start. Lucknow has its own pace, and we try to stick to that. It’s not about being the fastest, but about being consistent. When someone asks us for help, we take a look and see what we can do. Sometimes it's straightforward, other times it takes a bit more thinking. We don't use a lot of jargon or complicated terms. If a task needs doing, we just find the best way to handle it. It's a regular job for us, and we take it seriously without making it sound more complicated than it is. Just people helping other people get work done. We hope that the work we do actually helps out the local businesses around here.
