Global Design & Construction

Our small office is over in Aashiyana at Uday Raj Plaza, specifically at Shop No-12. If you know where the Canara Bank is, you’ve basically found us because it’s right there nearby. It’s a busy little area in Lucknow. We spend our mornings drinking tea and looking over site maps. The plaza gets pretty crowded during the day, so parking is always a bit of a headache for us and the visitors. We’ve been Global Design & Construction for a bit now, though the name sounds a lot bigger than our actual office space. It’s mostly just desks, a few computers, and stacks of files that need organizing. We don’t really do much fancy stuff in the office, just the usual work of planning and construction talk. The air conditioner makes a weird humming noise when it’s been on too long, but we’re used to it. Sometimes we walk out to the main road just to get a break from the computer screens. Aashiyana has changed a lot since we first moved into this shop. More shops have opened up around us and it feels much busier now. We keep things pretty simple here. No big reception desk or anything like that, just us working away. If the door is open, someone is usually inside messing with a blueprint or talking on the phone with a contractor. It is just a regular, everyday workplace for our team.
