Astro Gems Com Trading Co.

Our shop is right at the front of Taj Market, Shop Number 1. It is easy to find if you are coming from Garayali Gail Chowk. We trade in gems and stones. It is a small place, honestly. We have been sitting in this same spot for quite some time now. Some days are slow and we just sit here drinking tea and watching people go by in the market. Other days, we have people coming in one after another looking for specific stones. The light in the shop isn't the best, so we often have to step outside to show someone the color of a gem in the actual sunlight. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us here making sure things stay organized. The shelves are full of little boxes. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic from the Chowk nearby, but we try to keep the glass clean. Trading gems isn't as glamorous as people think. It involves a lot of looking through magnifying glasses and writing down weights in our ledger books. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just stay here and do our business face to face. It is a simple way of working. If the shutters are up, we are open. If not, we have probably gone home for the day. That is just how we do things at Astro Gems Com Trading Co.
