Fondart Bakehouse Private Limited

We started Fondart Bakehouse a little while ago here in Virat Khand. Gomti Nagar is a busy spot, and we wanted to do something that felt right for the neighborhood. It isn't a massive factory or anything like that. Just a kitchen where we try to get things done properly every day. Some days are busier than others, especially when the ovens are going full blast. We spend a lot of time just figuring out what people like eating. It’s mostly just us working through flour and sugar. We aren’t trying to change the world, just keeping the shelves stocked. Walking past 1/54, you’ll see where we stay busy. Sometimes it gets a bit messy in the back, but that’s how baking goes when you’re actually making things by hand. The Lucknow heat can be a bit much sometimes, but we manage. Since we opened, we've learned a lot. Not everything goes perfectly the first time. We just keep at it because this is what we do. It’s a lot of early mornings. We don’t have fancy signs or a big team of people. It’s just us doing the work. After all the early starts, you get used to the smell of bread. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We just hope the stuff we make is what people are looking for when they stop by. The shop is really just a reflection of what we like to do.
