Our spot is Plot No. 1/81 in Sector 1 of Vardan Khand, over in the Gomti Nagar Vistar area. Feel Good Realty Llp is just a small group of us working out of this office. Vardan Khand is a newer part of town, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of hammers in the air from all the new houses being built. We chose this location because we wanted to be right where the growth is happening. Our daily routine involves a lot of driving around to look at new plots and meeting people who are thinking about moving to Gomti Nagar Vistar. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and site maps spread out everywhere. We do not have any fancy marketing materials or a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what we know about the land and the local rules. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just sitting with a client and explaining how the registration process works here. It can be a bit slow and frustrating with all the government steps, but we stay with it. We just want to help people find a place that works for them without making things more complicated than they need to be. It is just us, working hard in a growing part of the city.
