Fatima Hospital

You can find us over at A-1445/3 in Indra Nagar. It is a bit of a specific spot, tucked away where the houses and small shops are. The street is usually lined with scooters and people walking to the market. Our hospital has been sitting on this corner for a while, and the neighborhood has grown up all around it. It’s a simple brick and mortar setup. Inside, the walls are painted a plain off-white, and the chairs in the waiting area are the sturdy kind that have been there for years. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We are just a group of people, from the cleaners to the senior staff, who show up every morning at eight to start the day. The paperwork can be a bit of a mountain sometimes, and the computer system acts slow when we have too many patients, but we manage. People come from all over Indra Nagar because it’s easy to get to. We see a lot of the same families over the years. You see kids growing up and then bringing their own children in. It makes the place feel like a real part of the town. It’s often noisy with the sounds of the street coming through the front door, but once you get into the back rooms, it quiets down. We just keep doing the work, one patient at a time, until the shift is over.
