We are over at Saran Chambers-1, on the first floor. The address is 5 Park Road in the Hazratganj area. If you look across the street, you will see the Civil Hospital. It’s a big landmark that makes it easy for people to find our door. We’ve been operating Eves Tours & Travels from this spot for a good while now. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow and steep, but the office inside is comfortable enough once you get there. We have a lot of plants on the windowsills because it gets really good light in the mornings. Our day usually involves a lot of phone calls and checking to see if hotels have rooms available. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the internet goes out for ten minutes and we all just sit there and wait for it to come back. It’s just how things go. We keep a stack of old travel magazines for people to look at while they wait for us to finish their booking. We aren't trying to be fancy or modern. We just want to get the details right so nobody gets stuck at an airport. Hazratganj is always loud with horns and people, but once you step inside our door, it’s a bit quieter. We try to keep a calm environment so we can focus on the travel itineraries. It’s just us here, doing our jobs every day.
