Espacer Decor Private Limited

Our place is at LIG-21 in the Jamunipur 72 Awasiyojna area. Since we are Espacer Decor Private Limited, we spend a lot of our time thinking about how different rooms look and feel. It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than being in the middle of a main market. We are not a massive shop with big neon signs or anything like that. It is more of a focused office where we plan out the projects. Most of the time, we are looking at various samples or talking about how to fix up a specific space. We handle all the paperwork and the planning from this spot. It is a private limited company but we keep things pretty casual among the people who work here. We do not have a bunch of salespeople calling people all day long. Most people just find us or hear about what we do from their neighbors. The housing scheme is still growing, so there is usually some construction noise nearby. We just work through it and don't let it bother us. Our office is simple, with just enough room for some desks and a few decor pieces we keep around to look at. It is a practical way to work. We do not spend money on fancy rugs or expensive lighting for our own office; we would much rather just get the work done for others. It is a decent place to be based.
