We are located at 16, New Behsa, which is right near Sector O in Sarojini Nagar. Lucknow is a big city, but our corner of it feels a bit like its own world. We have been working out of this spot for some time now, mostly helping our neighbors with their small savings and loans. It is not a flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. We just have the basics to get the job done. People usually walk in because they live down the street or saw our sign while going to the market. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If someone has a question about their account, we sit down and talk it through. There is no hurry here. The streets outside can get quite noisy with traffic, but we stay focused on our ledgers and paperwork. Handling people’s money is a big responsibility, so we take it seriously without making it feel like a cold corporate transaction. Our staff are local people from Uttar Pradesh who understand what life is like here. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy speeches. We just handle the deposits and help out when someone needs a bit of cash for something personal. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’re just a regular part of the Sarojini Nagar community.
