You can find Om Medical at Shop No. 4 in Diamond Point. We’re right over by the SGPGI area on Raebareli Road in Chinhat. It’s a location that stays pretty active because of the hospital traffic. We mostly stay behind the counter stocking shelves and helping people find what the doctors wrote down for them. It’s a lot of reading messy handwriting and double-checking boxes. We keep a pretty wide range of things because you never know what someone is going to walk in needing. Sometimes it's just a band-aid and other times it's much more serious. We try to keep the place organized, but when a big delivery comes in, there are boxes everywhere for a few hours. It’s not a huge shop, but we make use of every inch of shelf space. We’ve been here long enough that we recognize the regulars who live around Chinhat. We aren't doing anything flashy. Just providing what people need to get through their recovery or stay healthy. There’s usually a bit of a queue during the evening rush. We work long shifts because people need their medicine at odd hours. It gets tiring standing on your feet all day, but that’s the nature of the business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know we are here by the road when they need us. We keep a small stool behind the counter for when things slow down.
