We have been operating out of Hind Nagar for quite some time now. Our office is located at E-25 in Sec-E, right along the LDA Colony Road. It’s a busy area of Lucknow, and we see a lot of people passing by on their way to work or the market. The office isn't very big, just a simple space where we keep our records and take phone calls from people needing a car. Most days start early with us checking on the drivers and making sure the vehicles are ready for the day's trips. It can get pretty hectic when several bookings come in at the same time, but we just handle them one by one. The LDA Colony area is always full of life, which makes the day go by a bit faster. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks, talking to customers about where they want to go and how much it will cost. Sometimes we just sit outside and watch the traffic when things are slow. We don’t really use any fancy booking systems, just old-fashioned notebooks and a lot of memory. It’s a local business through and through, and we know many of the people who live around here. The summers in Lucknow are really hot, so the office can get a bit stuffy, but we have a fan that helps. We’re just regular people trying to keep things moving for our neighbors and anyone else who stops by and needs help getting around the city.
