Dr Subodh Agarwal Memorial Eye Hospital

Dr Subodh Agarwal Memorial Eye Hospital is located at 3c Tilak Marg in the Hazratganj area of Lucknow. We are quite close to the National PG College ground and not far from Rana Pratap Marg. Hazratganj is the heart of the city so there is always a lot of movement around the hospital. The facility was established in memory of Dr Subodh Agarwal and we focus entirely on eye care. The building itself has the character you would expect from an older part of Lucknow. It is not a modern glass tower but a place with history. We have several rooms for eye exams and a small area for surgeries. The waiting room has rows of benches and usually stays quite full because people come from all over the district. It can get a bit stuffy when the crowds are large but we have ceiling fans to keep the air moving. You can hear the sounds of students and sports from the college ground nearby during the day. We do not use a lot of fancy medical jargon when talking to people. We just check their vision and tell them what they need. The staff has been here for years and they know how to handle the busy Lucknow crowd. It is a steady environment where the focus is just on getting people to see better without any unnecessary complications.
