Hajrat Ganj is always bustling, so there is plenty of noise outside our doors. Inside, it is just a regular clinic setup. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. We have desks, some chairs for waiting, and the rooms where the doctor sees people. It’s a private limited company by name, but it feels more like a local spot because of the location. We see all kinds of people throughout the day. Some are just passing through Hajrat Ganj and drop in, while others have been coming to us for years. We don't have a fancy reception desk with a huge glowing logo. It's more about the work we do. The hallway is a bit narrow, and sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a humming sound, but it works fine for us. We keep things simple. No need for glossy brochures or promotional speeches. People come in, get checked out, and go about their day. That is the way it should be. We just try to keep the schedule running as best as we can, even when things get busy with walk-ins.
