Dr Navneet Goel Clinic

Our clinic is in Tulsi Plaza in Sector-9. Most people know it because it is near Central Academy here in Lucknow. Being close to a school means the mornings and afternoons are quite loud with kids and buses everywhere. Dr Navneet Goel Clinic is just one of the many offices in this plaza. We have been here for a bit, and the walls are starting to show a little age, but it’s a comfortable place. We don't use any high-tech registration systems; mostly, we just write things down and keep track of who is next. The room is usually filled with the smell of the nearby food stalls in the afternoon. We have a few chairs for people to wait, and a small desk where the phone stays. Lucknow weather gets quite hot, so we rely on the fans a lot during the summer months. The address is easy for people to give to rickshaw drivers. We see a lot of families from Sector-9 and the nearby blocks. There is nothing very formal about how we run things. We just come in, do the work, and talk to the people who need help. It’s a very practical environment without any of the extra polish you might see in big hospitals. We just focus on the people who walk through the Tulsi Plaza doors. It is a simple life for us here, just doing our part in the neighborhood.
