Dlasma Realtors Llp is based out of Flat No.401 in Silver Heights. We are located in the Gulshan Enclave area of Khurram Nagar. It’s more of a residential setup than a typical storefront, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a big office building. We like it that way because it’s quiet enough to get our work done without too many distractions. Most of the time, it’s just us handling the daily chores of running the business. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking on the phone. Khurram Nagar is a decent place to be, and being in Silver Heights makes it easy for people to locate us once they’re in the enclave. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or big signs everywhere. Usually, people just ring the bell and come on in. It’s a small operation, and we prefer keeping things simple. We focus on our tasks and try not to get bogged down by anything too complicated. Sometimes we have tea together while we figure out the schedule for the week. It’s not a high-pressure environment, which suits us just fine. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. It feels good to have a steady place to work from in a neighborhood we’re familiar with. We just keep doing our bit every day, making sure the paperwork is filed and the clients are taken care of as best as we can.
