Diwadi Clinic

If you head over to E 3/463 in Vineet Khand, that’s where you’ll find Diwadi Clinic. It is a part of Gomti Nagar. It’s a very residential-feeling area, so the clinic fits right in with the neighborhood and the houses nearby. The building is a standard house-style structure, and we’ve converted the front part into the medical space. We have a small yard out front where a few scooters are usually parked by the patients when they come to see us. Inside, the rooms are a bit small, but they serve their purpose well enough for what we do every day. We’ve got a couple of examination tables and some cabinets full of medical supplies. Gomti Nagar is a nice place to be, and our patients are mostly the families living in the nearby blocks. We don't have any big neon signs or anything flashy like that; there’s just a simple board hanging outside with the name on it. Most people find us because they live nearby and saw the sign while out for a walk or a grocery run. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and quiet. We don’t rush people through, though we do try to keep to a schedule as best as we can. Sometimes we sit and chat with the patients about the local news or the weather while we’re getting things ready in the back. It’s a low-key operation. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy systems. It’s just a local clinic in Vineet Khand where we do our best to take care of the folks. It works for us.
