Digital Zone

Digital Zone is up on the second floor of the Saharaganj Mall. Our shop number is 209. Being in a mall means there is always something going on around us. You have the music from the main atrium and people walking by all day long. It is quite different from being in a standalone building or a quiet office block. We have a glass front where people can see us working on whatever is on our desks. It is a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but the escalators bring you right up near our section. We have been here since the mall was quite busy. Some days are slower, especially on weekday mornings, but it picks up in the evenings and on weekends. We are just a small crew here. The space isn't huge, so we have to stay organized. Everything has its place in the shop. We don't have a big back office, so most of what we do happens right there where customers can see. It is a bright space because of all the mall lighting. We are surrounded by other shops, so we know the owners and staff nearby pretty well. It is a convenient spot for people to drop by while they are doing their other shopping. We just keep our door open and handle whatever comes in. It is a straightforward way to run things. We like the energy of the mall environment.
